PRIVATE LOWER EAST SIDE FOOD TOUR

Come explore the neighborhood where struggling immigrant groups settled right off the boat. Here you can find historic Synagogues next to Mom and Pop shops, tenement apartments amongst luxury high rise condos. Come taste the flavor of the many ethnic groups that made this part of Manhattan so special. Foods that started on the pushcart graduating to the store front and Essex Market. The Lower East Side is known for its blend of cultural diversity and rich history. It’s also known for its great food. Come taste the flavors of the past that are still wonderful today. This tour highlights history of these food establishments and other historical buildings in the area.
